Hard Rock - Pleasant stay. Getting a superb experience from the Lagoon room. It is an amazing experience with the pool just in front of your room deck. Head into the pool for a swim anytime and back to the deck to chill on the bench. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, on the contrary, it is a bit disappointing on the concierge side as there is a contrast if comparing the two. Breakfast is great. A lot of selection and food is holding up its quality. However, the decorations and renovations seem to be a bit ‘outdated’, but not sure if this is intentional. The pool and surrounding facility are great as well, with the beach feel with sand on the floor surrounding the pool. There are sections of the pool which have sand as well. One thing to take note of is they have lifeguards on duty.

酒店設備齊全，很有渡假感受，享受泳池及 Spa設施, 使人忘記了煩擾。進一步的放鬆。 酒店連接著沙灘，玩水上活動，方便致極，當然也可漫步海灘，亨受另—種感覺。晚上可選擇附近餐廳，欣賞落霞，很享受的一個酒店呀！

超級無敵nice的體驗！ check in時候的果汁很好喝，好像是豆蔻水. 前台小姐姐服務超貼心，而且還給我們升級成了海景房。雖然我們英語很差勁，但是也耐心的與我們溝通。 房間挺大的就是不能抽煙（整棟樓衹有一樓有設立吸菸區）房間內是絕對不允許抽煙的，我們也遵守了規矩。那個茶包很不錯，非常安利 酒店就在海灘邊上，出去沙灘很方便。 也感謝訂房網站出了這次活動讓我們有機會感受一次度假酒店的浪漫

1.早餐很豐富，中餐西餐馬來餐。 2.房間雖然不大，但很乾凈整潔，值得一提的是衞生間對於長者，或行動不便的人非常友好，還備有緊急措施。 3.酒店可以通往沙灘，可以去拍照，很漂亮。傍晚可以在沙灘晚餐，看錶演（有時間段）。 4.酒店有提供兩個電汽車AC 充電樁。唯一問題是停車位有限，如果沒空缺，就必須泊在距離400米的停車位。 5.酒店對面右邊的腳底按摩非常棒，那位來自泰國會粵語，中文，，泰文，馬來文與英文，48歲女按摩師超級推薦👍。 6.酒店距離喬治市駕車大概需要50分鐘。

度假酒店風格，但酒店開業也很多年了，設施肯定很難保持全新狀態，入住的原因主要是看中了泳池和海灘，該酒店的泳池設施確實還挺不錯，而且也有可直通泳池的客房。
